Adequate Stay at This Hotel
spacious room immaculate room comfortable bed inconsistent temperature slow service dry item
The room was spacious and clean as new. The bed was comfortable ensuring a restful sleep. The staff was warm professional and always ready to assist with a smile.
The shower temperature went from hot to cold suddenly with no consistency. Room service took one hour to arrive. Breakfast items seemed to have been sitting out for a while making them dry.

Acceptable but Disappointing Check-in
The room was big and the bed was very comfortable, so I slept well.
The check-in process cause considerable delays. I had to wait 45 minutes for a room. The hotel knew my arrival time in advance but did not prepare, frustrating.
